Are you tired of eating the same sandwiches at every reception or lab meeting?

Does this mean we should not change for the better? No
We actually have the luxury to improve, so we might as well try.

- Alma is still a great caterer but increasing vegetarian/vegan options will already make a difference
- Make sure you do not have too much waste and request ahead who would like which sandwich
- Potluck lunches: each person brings a dish to share
